Recently, the President of the United State, Donald Trump, is going to ban TikTok, which is a China-based video-sharing platform owned by ByteDance, in the United State due to the concern of national security.
Mircosoft is going to negotiate with TikTok to acquire its US operations as much as $30 billion according to the news from CNBC. The deadline for the deal is 15 September 2020 according to Donald Trump.
